About the Artist

Christina Liebig is the artist behind "The Travelling Paintress". She was born in Germany in 1989. In 2023 she left her ordinary life behind to travel full-time and offer her art while being on the road. She is a self-taught artist with a deep love for watercolour and ink.

She often stays at the same place for months, getting a feeling for an area and dabbling into different passions. 

Her art is inspired by night walks, stormy oceans, wild creatures and tales. When she is not painting she is probably sleeping, reading or hiking.
